BRC is a standard that was developed by the British Retail Consortium and constitutes a fundamental global recognition standard that defines the requirements of food safety and quality management systems.
Adressed to: companies that are active in the food production (processing and / or packaging of food or ingredients used in food production) and are interested in entrying mainly into the market of Super Market chains in Great Britain, as well as in other demanding foreign markets.
