Q - S (Quality Scheme for Food)
Q - S is a multi-level quality assurance system for specific foods (meat & meat products, poultry, fruits, vegetables, potatoes) and includes the control of the whole process, from the production to the sale of the products.
More specifically, in case of fruit / vegetables / potatoes production, the QS quality system includes the registration of the crop data of the producer as well as harvest, processing, wholesale and retail details/information.
In case of meat / meat products / poultry production, the QS quality system includes the registration of all data from feed to retail.
Adressed to: all companies that are active in producing, processing and marketing meat and / or meat products, poultry, animal feed, fruits, vegetables, potatoes and they are interested in penetrating to foreign markets and especially to the German market.
