a) When you visit the site
When you visit our website www.proactive.gr, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in a log file. The following information is collected and stored there without your intervention until their automated deletion:

• Your computer's IP address,
• Date and time of access,
• The name and the URL of the downloaded file,
• Website accessed (URL),
• The browser you are using and, where applicable, your computer operating system and the name of your access provider

This data is processed by us for the following purposes:

• To ensure a smooth connection to our website,
• To ensure the comfortable use of our website,
• To evaluate the security and stability of our system and
• For further organizational purposes.

The legal basis for data processing constitutes Article 6 par. 1 f GDPR. Our legitimate interest derives from the data collection purposes mentioned above. We never use the data we have collected to draw conclusions about yourselves.

Morteover, we use cookies and analytics services when you visit our website. More details can be found in sections 4 and 5 of the privacy policy.

b) When you contact us

In our contact form and if you have explicitly consented, you send us your name, your phone number and your email. We store this data for as long as is necessary to pursue our legitimate interests.

3. Disclosure of data

Your personal data is not disclosed to third parties for purposes other than those listed below.

We disclose your personal information to third parties only if:

You - in accordance with article 6 par. 1 a GDPR - have given your explicit consent

Disclosure is - according to article 6 par. 1 f GDPR - necessary for the exercise, claim or defense of our legal interests and there is no reason to assume that there is a overriding legal interest in not disclosing your data

In case the notification is - according to article 6 par. 1 c GDPR -  legal obligation

Notification is required - according to article 6 par. 1 b GDPR - for the execution of a contract with you.

 

4. Cookies

To ensure the proper functioning of the website, we place small files on your computer, the so-called "cookies". Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your computer or on your mobile device when you visit it. Cookies do not harm your device, do not contain viruses or other malware.

Cookies store information related to the specific terminal you use. However, this does not mean that we know your identity.

Cookies are used to make the use of our online offer more enjoyable. For example, we use so-called "session cookies" to acknowledge that you have already visited individual pages on our site. These cookies are automatically deleted after you leave our page.

5. Analysis tools

a) Tracking-Tools

The Tracking-Tools that are listed below & used by us are based on Article 6 §1 of the GDPR. Through Tracking-Tools, we want to ensure a design based on the needs of our website and its continuous optimization. We also use Tracking-Tools to statistically record the use of our website and evaluate it in order to optimize our offer for you. These interests must be considered justified within the meaning of the above provision.

Data processing purposes and data categories that are processing are displayed in Tracking-Tools.

aa) Google Analytics

Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google Inc.(https://www.google.com, Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, hereinafter referred to as "Google"). We use it for the purpose of customizing and continuous optimization of our pages. In this context, pseudonymous user profiles are created and cookies are used (see section 4 above). The information generated by cookies regarding the use of this website, such as:

• Browser type / version,
• Operating system used,
• Referral URL (the page you previously visited),
• Computer host (IP address),

is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. This information is used to evaluate the use of the website, to compile reports on the activity of the website, to provide other services related to the activity of the website and to use the internet for market research and web design purposes. This information may be announced to third parties as required by law or if such data is processed by third parties.

In any case, your IP address will never be linked to any other data held by Google. IP addresses are anonymous, in order not to be possible to match them with a natural or legal person (IP masking).

You can prevent the installation of cookies by adjusting the browser software accordingly. However, we point out that in this case it is not possible to take full advantage of all the features of this website.

ab) Google Adwords Conversion Tracking

To statistically record the use of our site and to evaluate it in order to optimize it, we also use Google Adwords Conversion Tracking. Google Adwords places a cookie (see section 4) on your computer if you have reached our site through a Google ad.

These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user is visiting certain pages of the Adwords client site and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and the customer can acknowledge that the user visited this ad and was redirected to this page.

Each Adwords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot be tracked through Adwords customer websites. The information collected using the Conversion-cookie is used to generate statistics for Adwords customers who have chosen to use Conversion-Tracking. Adwords customers are informed of the total number of users who visited their ad and were redirected to a page containing a Conversion-Tracking-Tag. However, they do not receive information through which users could be personally identified.

If you do not want to participate in the Tracking process, you can refuse to set cookies - for example, through a browser setting that generally disables the automatic setting of cookies. 6. Social Media Plug-ins

We put on our website - according to article 6 par. 1 f GDPR - Social Plug-ins from the social networks Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, in order to make our website more popular. This commercial purpose must be regarded as a legitimate interest in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR. Responsibility for this privacy function must be secured by the respective providers. The integration of plug-ins by us is done through the so-called "double click" method for the best possible way to protect our website visitors.

α) Facebook

On our website, Facebook plugins are used to personalize their use. This is why we use the "LIKE" or the "SHARE" button. This is offered by Facebook.

If you visit a page on our site that contains such a plugin, your Browser creates a direct link to Facebook's servers. The content of the plugins is transferred from Facebook directly to your browser and embedded by it on our website.
By integrating the plugins, Facebook receives the information that your browser has access to the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have a Facebook account or you are not signed in Facebook. This information (including IP address) is transmitted by your browser directly to a Facebook server in the US and is stored there.
If you sign in to Facebook, Facebook may link your visit to our site directly to your Facebook account. If you interact with the plugins, for example by pressing the "LIKE" or the "SHARE" button, the corresponding information is transmitted directly to a Facebook server and stored there. The information will also be posted on Facebook and displayed to your Facebook friends.
Facebook may use this information for advertising, market and personalized Facebook pages research. For this purpose, Facebook creates user profiles, related to their interests, relationships, etc., to evaluate, for example, the use of our website in relation to the ads that appear on Facebook, to inform other Facebook users about your activities in our website and provide other services related to the use of Facebook.

When you visit a page on our site that contains such an add-on, a direct link is established between your browser and your Twitter server. Twitter receives the information you have visited on our site with your IP address. If you press the Twitter "tweet" button while logged in to your Twitter account, you can link the contents of our pages to your Twitter profile. This allows Twitter to link your visit to our pages to your user account. We point out that as providers of our websites we do not know the content of the transferred data and their use by Twitter.

c) Instagram

Our website uses plugins of the social network Instagram, of the company Instagram LLC., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025, United States of America ("Instagram").

Plugins are marked with the Instagram logo, for example in the form of an Instagram camera.

When you visit a page on our site that contains such an add-on, your browser connects directly to your Instagram servers. The content of the plugins is transmitted from Instagram directly to your Browser and is integrated in our page. Through this integration, Instagram receives the information that your Browser has access to the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have an Instagram profile or you are not connected to Instagram.

 

This information (including IP address) is sent by the browser directly to an Instagram server in the USA and is stored there. If you are logged in to Instagram, Instagram can directly relate your visit to our site with your Instagram account. If you interact with plugins, for example, by clicking on the "Instagram" button, this information is transmitted directly to an Instagram server and is stored there.

7. Rights of personal data subject

You have the right:

• in accordance with Article 15 of GDPR, to request information about your personal data that we process. In particular, you have the right to request to provide you with information about the purposes of the processing, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been disclosed or the planned storage time, the right to correct, delete or limit the processing or contrasting of the processing.

• in accordance with Article 16 of GDPR, to request immediately the correction of your incorrect personal data that we have stored.

• according to art. 17 of GDPR, to require from us to delete stored personal data, unless the processing is required το exert the right to freedom of expression and of information, for the fulfillment of a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the establishment, to exert or to protect a right before court

• according to art. 18 of GDPR, to restrict the processing of your personal data when it is inaccurate, the processing is illegal, the processing is no longer necessary, but these are required in order to establish, exercise or support legal requirements or if you have objected to the processing in accordance with Article 21 par. 1 of GDPR.

• in accordance with Article 20 of GDPR, to receive your personal data given to us in a structured, common and machine-readable form or to request their transfer to other controllers.

• in accordance with article 7 par. 3 of GDPR, to revoke your data processing consent. As a result, it will not be allowed to continue processing data based on this consent in the future

• in accordance with Article 77 of GDPR, to submit a complaint to a supervisory authority. You can contact the national supervisory authority.

8. Right of objection

If the processing of your personal data is necessary for the purposes of legal interests in accordance with Article 6 § 1 f of the GDPR, you have the right to object to such processing in accordance with Article 21 of the GDPR, provided that there are reasons arising from your particular situation or that the objection is directed against marketing. In the latter case, you have a general right of objection, which is exercised by us without the obligation to identify any particular situation.

9. Data security

We use the popular SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method to visit our website in conjunction with the highest level of encryption supported by the browser. This is a 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we will use 128-bit v3 technology. The encryption of a page of our website is displayed by the closed representation of the key or lock icon in the bottom status bar of the browser.

We also take appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data from accidental or intentional tampering, partial or total loss, destruction or unauthorized access by third parties. Our security measures are constantly improving in line with technological developments.

 

10. Update and change the temporary data privacy policy

This temporary data privacy policy is effective from May 25, 2018.
