a) When you visit the site
When you visit our website www.proactive.gr, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in a log file. The following information is collected and stored there without your intervention until their automated deletion:
- Your computer's IP address,
- Date and time of access,
- The name and the URL of the downloaded file,
- Website accessed (URL),
- The browser you are using and, where applicable, your computer operating system and the name of your access provider
This data is processed by us for the following purposes:

In our contact form and if you have explicitly consented, you send us your name, your phone number and your email. We store this data for as long as is necessary to pursue our legitimate interests.

Notification is required - according to article 6 par. 1 b GDPR - for the execution of a contract with you.
4. Cookies
To ensure the proper functioning of the website, we place small files on your computer, the so-called "cookies". Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your computer or on your mobile device when you visit it. Cookies do not harm your device, do not contain viruses or other malware.
Cookies store information related to the specific terminal you use. However, this does not mean that we know your identity.

5. Analysis tools
a) Tracking-Tools
The Tracking-Tools that are listed below & used by us are based on Article 6 §1 of the GDPR. Through Tracking-Tools, we want to ensure a design based on the needs of our website and its continuous optimization. We also use Tracking-Tools to statistically record the use of our website and evaluate it in order to optimize our offer for you. These interests must be considered justified within the meaning of the above provision.

aa) Google Analytics
Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google Inc.(https://www.google.com, Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, hereinafter referred to as "Google"). We use it for the purpose of customizing and continuous optimization of our pages. In this context, pseudonymous user profiles are created and cookies are used (see section 4 above). The information generated by cookies regarding the use of this website, such as:
- Browser type / version,
- Operating system used,
- Referral URL (the page you previously visited),
- Computer host (IP address),
is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. This information is used to evaluate the use of the website, to compile reports on the activity of the website, to provide other services related to the activity of the website and to use the internet for market research and web design purposes. This information may be announced to third parties as required by law or if such data is processed by third parties.
In any case, your IP address will never be linked to any other data held by Google. IP addresses are anonymous, in order not to be possible to match them with a natural or legal person (IP masking).
You can prevent the installation of cookies by adjusting the browser software accordingly. However, we point out that in this case it is not possible to take full advantage of all the features of this website.

ab) Google Adwords Conversion Tracking
To statistically record the use of our site and to evaluate it in order to optimize it, we also use Google Adwords Conversion Tracking. Google Adwords places a cookie (see section 4) on your computer if you have reached our site through a Google ad.
These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user is visiting certain pages of the Adwords client site and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and the customer can acknowledge that the user visited this ad and was redirected to this page.
Each Adwords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot be tracked through Adwords customer websites. The information collected using the Conversion-cookie is used to generate statistics for Adwords customers who have chosen to use Conversion-Tracking. Adwords customers are informed of the total number of users who visited their ad and were redirected to a page containing a Conversion-Tracking-Tag. However, they do not receive information through which users could be personally identified.

6. Social Media Plug-ins
We put on our website - according to article 6 par. 1 f GDPR - Social Plug-ins from the social networks Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, in order to make our website more popular. This commercial purpose must be regarded as a legitimate interest in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR. Responsibility for this privacy function must be secured by the respective providers. The integration of plug-ins by us is done through the so-called "double click" method for the best possible way to protect our website visitors.
α) Facebook
On our website, Facebook plugins are used to personalize their use. This is why we use the "LIKE" or the "SHARE" button. This is offered by Facebook.
If you visit a page on our site that contains such a plugin, your Browser creates a direct link to Facebook's servers. The content of the plugins is transferred from Facebook directly to your browser and embedded by it on our website.By integrating the plugins, Facebook receives the information that your browser has access to the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have a Facebook account or you are not signed in Facebook. 9. Data security
We use the popular SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method to visit our website in conjunction with the highest level of encryption supported by the browser. This is a 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we will use 128-bit v3 technology. The encryption of a page of our website is displayed by the closed representation of the key or lock icon in the bottom status bar of the browser.
