Certification is the official confirmation by an independent body that the company meets specific specifications (complies with the requirements of international standards) in relation to:
The products and services the company offers,
The procedures the company follows,
The systems of the company,
The personnel of the company.

produce safe products/ services for its customers,
sell its products / services (either directly to its customers or through distribution networks),
increase its credibility towards its customers.

either mandatory by Greek and / or European Legislation
or optional which aim at the general improvement of productivity and the image of the company, ensuring a better competitive position in the market in which they operate
